this is an independent, private, selective and low activity blog. i only interact with mutuals and rely mainly on plotting and memes to get things going. i follow series canon with very minimal book influences.    FOLLOWING
i will generally follow other roleplayers as long as they are over 18, have a rules page, and i can imagine us writing together. i might not follow (or unfollow) if you spread hate (e.g. homophobia, transphobia, racism), consistently ignore my rules, or age up your child muses only for the sake of shipping. if you unfollow me, please softblock me so i don't inadvertently interact with you/your posts.    REPLIES
unfortunately, i don’t have enough time to write as much as i’d like to, so replies might be slow at times. please, do not pressure me into replying, i come here to unwind and don’t need any added stress.    FORMATTING
by default, my replies are formatted as small text with some spacing, bold and/or italics for emphasis. i generally write in third person, past tense. however, i do try to match my partner’s formatting and style. i am more than happy to format posts differently if you find it difficult to read them.    CREDITS

Born in Ennis, ireland; the second child to connor and erin malone. Mary grew up with her sister Zoe in a devout Catholic household. When she was twelve, she was offered a piece of marzipan by a girl at the birthday party of one of her classmates. She recalled feeling butterflies in the pit of her stomach, and aching to be close to her, but she was too afraid to recognize it as love.At 18, she attended college to study Astrophysics and Neuropsychology. While completing her Master's, she decided to became a nun. Her order was very supportive of her academic career and she was allowed to complete her doctorate and travel to present her work at conferences.

Some years after completing her studies, she was asked to present a paper at a conference in Lisbon, Portugal. This was her first time traveling abroad and things had so gone well that she was feeling daring. She was celebrating with other academics when a female colleague offered her a piece of marzipan, which brought back the memories of falling in love for the first time and caused her to question her faith.After some deep pondering, she made up her mind and decided to leave the convent. She dated her fellow academic, but the relationship didn't last long. She, then, moved to Oxford. Her next relationship was with a woman who enjoyed rock-climbing. They lived together for four years, but eventually separated. .
